What it usually means
They don't see the problem yet, or they've solved it well enough for now.
What to say
Fair enough. How are you handling [problem] today?
Replace anything in brackets with your own words before you say it.
Why it works
Not arguing keeps them talking. Asking how they handle it today has them describe their own process, and gaps tend to show up when people explain things out loud.
Other ways prospects say it
- “We don't have that problem.”
- “That's not something we need.”
- “No need for that here.”
Same reflex, same response. Type any version into the Objection Lookup to check.
If they push back again
If they're handling it well, say so and ask what would make it harder. That tells you when to come back.
The pattern behind every objection
Acknowledge it with something short and human, ask one question about what sits behind it, then propose a small next step with two options, or exit cleanly. Handle each objection once, never argue it, and log every one so you can see where your message or your list is weak.
